 These general email instructions and tips should help everyone stay connected:


  1. Office 365 is the name of the site where email, online file storage, and company chat all live.
  2. To login, simply go to and enter your company email address and password. If prompted, make sure to choose the option for an account created by work.
  3. Once logged in, email is accessed online by going to Outlook. File storage is accessed by going to OneDrive.
  4. To use Email on your phone or tablet, please install the Microsoft Outlook app. This can be found in the Apple App Store (iPhone) or Google Play Store (Android)
  5. Company chat is accessed by going to: You will login with your email address. We highly recommend downloading the Microsoft Teams app for your phone and computer. Teams provides one on one messaging, as well as chat between Teams in various channels. This keeps business conversations separate from personal text messaging.
